AuraMentor Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraMentor services, products, or goods, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Holistic Mentoring Services

AuraMentor offers personalized coaching sessions designed to support business leaders in achieving holistic growth and well-being. Sessions may be scheduled online or in person.

2.1 Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Requests for a refund must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 days after approval. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days before your session and we will transfer your booking to the next available date at no extra fee. Cancellations within 3 days of the session start time are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once upon availability.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include guides, templates, and video modules. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the materials. To request a refund, contact our team via our contact form. Approved requests will be processed within 7 days. All digital materials become non-transferable and non-refundable after the 14-day period or once 20% of content has been accessed.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items are subject to availability. You may send back unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a send-back, contact us via our contact form. Items sent back must remain in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the items. Personalized items and opened consumables are not eligible for refund or.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due upon purchase. Payment may be made via credit card or bank transfer. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access until the issue is resolved.
